A huge part of the populace is composed of people who have busy schedules. Most of these individuals are employees who are usually in a rush to go to work.

Sometimes, you will wake up and you have to rush to leave the house. In most cases, many are considering their travel time thus not eating breakfast is usually the option taken.

However, aside from it can lead you to hunger, skipping breakfast is not really a good idea. Are you one of those who are guilty of removing it from your routine in case something is not going according to plan in the morning?

  • Weight Gain. If you skipped eating breakfast, the tendency is to eat a lot during lunch time. It can lead to obesity which is unhealthy for the body.
  • Heart Problems. Overeating can lead to obesity which may further lead to cardiovascular problems. According to the article, aside from heart diseases, it can lead to high blood pressure and high cholesterol level.
  • Diabetes. Studies show that people who do not eat breakfast are at higher risk to developing diabetes type 2.
  • Negative impact on mood. Based on the article, not eating breakfast may affect your mood and as well as your cognitive function. It can increase the level of fatigue and lead to poor memory.
  • Migraine. Not eating breakfast is a trigger for migraine attack. You must really eat in the morning and make sure you are hydrated to prevent migraine attack.
