Meanwhile, there are chances that urinating frequently is just normal especially if you are on a water therapy, you drink too much coffee, you drink alcohol drinks, and cold surroundings. However, in other occasions, this could be a sign of a disease.

  • reduce water intake at night
  • avoid drinks containing caffeine
  • maintain a healthy weight
  • do Kegel exercises
