A famous cleansing procedure is juice cleansing done and famed by many people. Among the most famous key points of this procedure is that it accordingly helps the body flush out toxins and aid weight loss.

Juice cleansing means you’ll only have to consume vegetable and fruit juice and nothing else – for a period of time which is usually one to three days. Unarguably, fruits and vegetables are the healthy choices we could ever have as they tend to have all the nutrients the body needs but what would happen if they’ll be taken in the juice form and nothing else?

However, when it comes to juicing, doing a 10-day juicing routine might leave you tired, suffering from headaches, irritability, or other issues stemming from hunger and energy restriction.

The lack of fiber is also a downside. Fiber is an essential part of a diet and its range of health benefits like blood sugar management, heart health, and gut health are backed by Science.
