They might appear small but these seeds are high in vitamins and minerals that the body needs to function. They are also easy to incorporate with other foods and recipes. Seeds can definitely help you achieve a slimmer waist and a body with more energy.

Here are some healthy types of seeds:

  • Chia Seeds – they are plant-based source of omega-3 fats and packed with fiber that an ounce of it already has 10grams of fiber.
  • Wild Rice – this is not a literal rice, this is a grass seed that is high in protein and contains more antioxidants compared to a regular white rice. It has fiber, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, vitamin B6, and niacin.
