This new strain of coronavirus is known to bear signs that are similar to flu. However, unlike flu, the patient’s condition may rapidly deteriorate and it can eventually lead to the death of the person.

The known coronavirus symptoms are fever, cough, and breathing difficulties. However, there are other health signs that may be experienced by a COVID-19 patient. Here is what the World Health Organization (WHO) listed:

  • Tiredness
  • Dry Cough
  • Body pains
  • Nasal congestion
  • Runny nose
  • Sore throat

According to WHO, some people may be infected with coronavirus but may not show symptoms or are asymptomatic. In every six (6) people positive for the disease, around one (1) of them may get really ill.

WHO stated that senior citizens and those who have pre-existing medical conditions may easily get COVID]-19. Those who are experiencing symptoms must consult a doctor.
