FOOD FOR BETTER SLEEP – Doctor Liza Ramoso-Ong cited the five (5) food you may eat for a quality sleep.

One of the things that can affect us greatly is the quality of the sleep we have at night. Undeniably, aside from the fact that a lot of people are not having sufficient sleep, many also feel unsatisfied about the quality of their sleep.

A lot of people still wake up feeling restless and low in energy. Some even feel like they have not slept at all although they’re in bed for several hours.

Unfortunately, not having a quality sleep at night can affect not just your mood but your performance as well. It can put your performance in school, at work, or anywhere at risk.

Food for Better Sleep - Doc Liza Ong

According to Doc Liza Ong, there are actually a lot of food for a better sleep. We can add them to our diet so we can enjoy a quality sleep at night.

Based on a video of Doc Liza Ong, the following are the five (5) food for a better sleep:

  • Banana – for relaxation
  • Sweet Potato (Kamote) – high in carbohydrates
  • Oatmeal- contains melatonin and Vitamin B6
  • Milk – for relaxation
  • Chamomile Tea – must be made of flowers

In the video, Doc Liza Ong suggested to walk for ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes after eating. It will help digest the food you ate.
