  5. Protein is a significant factor. It plays a crucial role in many bodily processes and protein can be found in vegetarian or non-vegetarian sources.
  6. Be active and you can start by doing a 15-minute walk a day. When you do this in a regular and consistent manner, you can start increasing and building up your routine until you reach 10,000 steps every day.
