Based on the video, the normal potassium level of a person is between 3.6 to 5.5. It is not advised to depend solely on fruits in increasing your potassium level but do eat a lot of fruits.

  • Take a potassium tablet
  • Consult a doctor
  • Eat a lot of meat since it is a powerhouse of potassium
  • Drink cocoa and chocolate
  • Eat fruits and vegetables that are high in potassium
    • Fruits – guava, citrus, melon, banana, lansones
    • Vegetables – cauliflower, squash, sweet potato
  • Consider viands that are high in potassium such as crabs, tokwa, beans, legumes
