This lifestyle increases the risk of hypertension. In fact, it may not end with having a high blood pressure. It can further lead to cardiovascular diseases and to stroke. Sadly, stroke can really take away a life just like the heart attack.

  • Relax by sitting or lying in bed. In the case of the latter, put some pillows under the legs to make the back comfortable.
  • Exercise through deep breathing in two (2) to five (5) minutes.
  • Stop your unhealthy habit.
  • Drink medicine.
