Based on the study, taking medicines at night reduces the risk of heart attack by 44%, operation by 40%, heart failure by 42%, and stroke by 49%. Based on the video, almost 50% got the positive outcome.

Aside from drinking your maintenance at night, it is also best to avoid stress and to switch to a healthy lifestyle. Eat healthy food like veggies and fruits and drop your unhealthy habits.
