Carbonated water or more popularly called sparkling water is accordingly a refreshing and good replacement to sweet and sugary beverages like soft drinks. As much as people are aware, carbonated water is infused with carbon dioxide gas under pressure.

It produces a bubble, hence, the name like club soda, soda water, seltzer water, and fizzy water. However, debates about its effects on health is ongoing. Is this alternative any healthier?

What’s good about this is that it contains fewer calories compared to soda and such is beneficial.
