  • Spicy Foods – Based on the article, spicy foods can irritate the stomach which can disrupt your sleep or prevent you from falling asleep. It can also trigger heartburn.
  • Soda – Softdrinks or soda are full of sugar that can spike the blood sugar level and prevent you from getting a good sleep. It is super stimulating.
  • Orange Juice – Citrus fruits that includes orange can trigger acid reflux or a sensitive bladder. Instead of drinking a cup of orange juice, you may eat an apple. Its carbohydrates can help you achieve a better sleep.
