And one of the exercise types we should include in our routine is the exercises that will improve agility. As much as we all know, agility is the ability to move quickly and easily.

Now, here are a few examples of this:

  1. Ladder Drills – This workout requires an agility ladder and you will select what kind of movement you would want to perform through this like a high-knee march forward or lateral scissor. This will make both your body and mind work.
  2. Agility Balls – This equipment may be done with a partner or in a wall. Throw it at a wall surface and it will bounce back in any direction and you will try to chase and catch this tiny thing. Hand-eye coordination is being practiced and this is also good for the heart and legs.
  3. Tuck Jumps – This is the type that requires no special equipment. This improves agility and power and makes the quadriceps muscles stronger.
