DEATH WARNING SIGNS – Here are some warning signs according to doctors Willie Ong and Liza Ong if a patient is nearing his or her death.
At the end of the day, we will face our end eventually and that is death. And with this, medical experts Doc Willie Ong and Doc Liza Ong gave us some overview and warning signs if someone is nearly dying.
Here are some signs:
- Sleeping more – Doc Ong explains that this is due to the deteriorating strength and energy and weakening of metabolism of one person, months before he dies, that he tends to get more sleep. This is one way to conserve his energy.
- Not eating and drinking – This is due to lesser movements they make which only means that they just need lesser food or drink.
- Withdrawal from people – There are reasons why they withdraw from seeing other people.
- Vital Signs – Irregularities in one’s vital signs such as in blood pressure, pulse rate, breathing, and others are indications that the organs are starting to shut down.
- Waste Function – The liquid and body waste are also having irregularities.
- Temperature – A person who is nearing his death is cold.
- Weak Muscles – One signs is a weak muscle and weak body to the point of not being able to lift a glass of water for drink.
- Difficulty in breathing
- Confusion – To old people nearly dying, they tend to have lower skill when it comes to recognizing someone. The last sense to shut down is the sense of hearing.
- Aching – The pain is getting more painful especially cancer patients that even the little touch causes them pain.
- Hallucinations – They tend to call someone who is dead already, usually a deceased family member.
Signs that a person is already dead:
- No pulse
- No breathing
- Relaxed muscles
- Eyes fixed on one direction and partially shut
- Voluntarily excretes solid or liquid waste
