According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a fatal oral dose of cyanide for a 154 lbs. (70 kg) man is at around 1 to 2 mg/kg. This means that you might need a lot of apple seeds before you get to have a fatal dose.
Since cyanide is toxic, it is important to avoid eating the seeds of apples, almonds, apricots, peaches, and cherries. This will be better this way to prevent any potential issues.
