In maintaining the health of your eyes, it needs many different vitamins and minerals and a well-balanced diet will most likely supply what it needs.   • Alcoholic drinks
  • Caffeine can increase intraocular pressure (IOP) or the pressure inside the eye. As per an article from WebMD, extremely high IOP causes loss of vision and blindness.
