We all want even and smooth skin and the term used to the skin that is raised and uneven in certain areas is textured skin. This can happy in any part of the body but we can more likely notice it on our face.

It might seem impossible to totally achieve completely flat smooth skin but we can do something to improve the appearance.

  • Always wear sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect it from damaging UV rays.
  • Add vitamin C to your skincare routine. This is an antioxidant that improves collagen production and prevents free radical damage. It also has anti-inflammatory properties which reduces the possibility of developing pimples and clogged pores.
