When it comes to drinking water, it is suggested to be taken more during the day and less of it before bedtime. Drinking a lot of water before sleeping may disrupt your sleep with the call of nature.

Meanwhile, it is great for the body to take in water after a long sleep. It is when the body i8s dehydrated and has the need to replenish.

Drinking too much water can cause the salt and the other electrolytes in the body to become too diluted. The quick drop in the body’s electrolytes can be fatal.

The other type is retaining water. There are medical conditions wherein the body can’t get rid of water properly resulting to retained water.
