The condition that affects the structure or function of the heart is called heart disease and it has variations with each type having specific root causes. This condition is affecting the cardiovascular system and it affects the heart and blood vessels in different ways.

  • Arrhythmia
    Symptoms:
  1. lightheadedness
  2. fluttering heart or racing heartbeat
  3. slow pulse
  4. fainting spells
  5. dizziness

This condition causes the heart to beat too slowly or quickly or even in an erratic and disorganized manner.

  • Atherosclerosis

  4. weakness in your legs and arms

The blood supply delivered to your extremities is reduced.

  5. skin rash

This condition is caused by irritants like bacteria, viruses, and fungi infecting the heart, and some types of this are endocarditis, myocarditis, and pericarditis.
