  2. Avoid fatty, oily, and sweet foods.
  3. Lose weight gradually if you are over-weight.
  4. Exercise regularly and stop all vices.
  5. Treat diabetes and high cholesterol if you have these diseases.
  6. Eat healthy foods especially green leafy vegetables. Study shows that yogurt and probiotics may help.
