BEAUTY TIPS – Here are some healthy and effective beauty tips and habits from medical expert Doc Willie Ong to keep you young and healthy.

Health and beauty come hand in hand, thus, healthy habits reap beauty in life and body. Everyone must take note that our greatest investment must be our health and healthy habits go a long way.

Now, here are some tips and habits to always look young:

  • Foods. What you eat plays a big part in your health. If you eat healthy, you will look healthy and if otherwise, it shows as well. Thus, always choose the healthier ones.
  • Hunger. This is for healthier reasons. Accordingly, if you want to have a full stomach all the time, tendency is you also eat all the time which increases risks of other diseases.
  • Reduce carbohydrates. Lessen intake of rice, bread, and pasta.
  • Sugar. Reduce sugar intake. Take note of sodas, iced tea, soft drinks, dessert, kakanin, and among others for these are all high in sugar.
  • Exercise. Move those muscles and joints and stay active.
  • Water. Drink at least 8 to 12 glasses of water everyday to prevent dehydration.
  • Products. Use sunblock everyday, cleanse face with water, and brush your teeth every day.
  • Proper hygiene. Always see to eat that you maintain cleanliness of your body everyday and make it a habit to wash your hands from time to time.
  • Stress. Avoid and reduce stress as this is the top source that makes one look older.
  • Massage. Take time to relax such as in the form of light massage, yoga, and meditation.
  • Sleep. Enough sleep and beauty rest to relax your mind and your body.
  • Happy. Always choose to be happy.
  • Nature. Take time to stroll around nature and breathe in that fresh air.
  • Anger. The feeling of too much anger and other negative emotions can affect health and can possibly cause heart attack and stroke.
