This milk has a one percent fat content only. - Organic milk

This is “unpasteurized” milk that has not gone through the decontamination process. - Lactose-free milk

This milk has the highest fat content. It is very creamy. - Buttermilk
This milk doesn’t contain literal butter. This milk is fermented and added with a bacteria culture that makes it thick, tangy, and acidic.
There are also plant-based kinds of milk such as almond milk, soy milk, rice milk, oat milk, hemp milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, and pea milk. Several animals such as goats, buffalo, sheep, and camels also produce milk.
