Anemia is accordingly a condition suffered by many people where a person “lacks enough healthy red blood cells (RBC) to carry enough oxygen to the tissues of the body”. Basically, the low number of RBC in the body reduces the oxygen level of a person.

This can lead to restlessness, paleness, and fatigue as among the common symptoms. While other symptoms also include chest pain and breathlessness.

Pregnant women, severe menstrual period, and those who lack proper nutrients in the body are at higher risk to become anemic. This is considered to be the most common blood disorder.
