  • Avocados – The potassium content of avocados is the reason why it is one of the foods that are bad for people with kidney problem. Some individuals with kidney problem are suggested to be observant of their potassium intake and diet.
  • Canned Foods – Too much sodium is not good for people who have kidney problems. Truths be told that canned foods contain a lot of sodium as part of its preservation process.
  • Whole Wheat Bread – Based on the article, the whole wheat bread which may be nutritious for people who have no kidney conditions may not be best for those with kidney problems because of its high phosphorus and potassium content.
  • Dairy – People who have kidney problems must not give a huge part of their diet on foods with dairy as well. It may contain a lot of phosphorus which can lead to a build up in the blood that can pull the calcium from the bones.

While the aforementioned foods may be healthy for those who have no kidney problem, they got ingredients that are not best for those who have – most especially the phosphorus.
