  3. The kidney will suffer the most if we lack water in our body.
  4. It helps regulate our metabolism.
  5. It helps protect us from kidney diseases like kidney stones and urine infections.
  6. It helps fight dizziness and headache.
  7. Water fights stress.
  8. Water can make you beautiful and make your skin healthier.

In the video, Doc Willie clarified that eight (8) to twelve (12) glasses of water are for those who are healthy. It may be risky for those with liver, kidney, and heart problems.
