Based on a video post on My Health Tips, you will only need tomato, sugar, salt, and lemon. Here are the measurements of the ingredients that you must prepare:

  • two (2) tablespoons sugar
  • one (1) tablespoon
  • 1/2 lemon
  • one (1) spoon salt
  • one (1) tomato sliced into halves

Steps in Making Tomato Scrub:

Step 1 – Mix two (2) tablespoons of sugar and one (1) tablespoon salt in a saucer.

Step 2 – Squeeze 1/4 lemon to the mixture. Mix them well.

Step 3 – Get a half of the tomato and mash the inside part. Put some of the sugar-salt-lemon mixture to it.

Step 4 – Rub the tomato with mixture to your hand, your face, or any part of the skin you wanted to remove the dark spots. It can help you achieve instant glowing skin.

Based on the video, it is recommended to do the rubbing for two (2) to three (3) minutes. You can do it in circular motion and check the results after three (3) minutes.
