Citing the study in the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases in 2020, drinking coffee at least four (4) cups a day is bad as people who do it have a double chance of developing arthritis.
The key is moderation. You can enjoy your favorite cup of coffee but just make sure that you don’t go beyond the recommended level to prevent increase the risks of several health conditions and not just arthritis. This goes the same with the other food and drinks.
