- 1/2 medium apple
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup honeydew melon
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 17 small grapes
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 1/4 cup strawberries
Based on the article, if you prefer canned or frozen fruits with no sugar added, you may have 1/2 cup of it. With regards to dried fruits like cherries or raisins, the recommended amount are up to two (2) teaspoons of the dried fruit.
