CHLAMYDIA SYMPTOMS – Here are some things you probably do not know yet about chlamydia infection, a sneaky condition that can happen in men and women.
The condition called chlamydia is a common condition that can happen both to men and women. This is an STI caused by bacteria; usually, people who have this infection do not have outward symptoms.
And mostly, young women are the ones that get infected. However, men and women of all age groups can get infected by this. There is an available treatment for this and since one cannot easily detect this, it is essential to know that if left untreated, it may lead to health problems that are more serious.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention article, chlamydia can cause “permanent damage to a woman’s reproductive system”. And later on, it will make a woman suffer difficulty from getting pregnant.
A person can have chlamydia after getting physically involved with someone who has it. An infected woman who is pregnant can also infect her baby during childbirth.

One can completely avoid chlamydia by not doing “it”. However, if you are active in this aspect, you might prevent this by being in a long-term relationship with someone monogamous and by using protection.
