Based on an article on Healthline, while the noodles are made with wheat flour that is fortified with iron and B vitamins, it lacks certain nutrients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
Furthermore, instant noodles are loaded with sodium and too much of it is not healthy for the body. It can trigger a spike in the blood pressure level which can further affect heart health and kidney health.
Moreover, instant ramen noodles contain preservatives and flavor enhancers that are not healthy for the human body. It contains TBHQ which extends its shelf life and as well as MSG.
