HEALTH TIPS – Doc Willie Ong explains how the color of the food we eat is coordinated to the health state of our body that you probably don’t know yet.

We all have our preferred color and favorite shade that we’ll never get tired of wearing and using. However, these colors are actually related to the foods we eat and has connection to our feelings and emotions. And Doc Willie Ong reveals the coordination of these colors to food to our health and colors to our emotions.

  • Green – this color is coordinated to nature, peace, luck, health, and at one point, jealousy
  • Pink – it has calming effect
  • White – just like its color, it represents cleanliness and purity
  • Purple – this is related to money, wealth, and royalty
