FOODS WITH PROBIOTICS – There are some probiotic-rich foods that aren’t yogurt and here are some that you should know about.
Probiotics are made of good live bacteria that are naturally living within the body. There are actually good and bad bacteria. Once you get an infection, this means that your bad bacteria is high. The role of the good bacteria when this happens is that it helps to eliminate the bad ones maintaining the balance in the body.
