A good ad healthy breakfast is one crucial thing everyone must do. It is starting the morning off on the right foot. We usually go for oats or sometimes eggs as they are the easiest to make and, at the same time, filling.

- Avocado and Egg Breakfast Burrito – a serving has 447 calories.
The ingredients are:
- 700g cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered if large
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 30g pack fresh coriander, stems finely chopped, leaves roughly chopped
