  4. Carrots

8. Garlic – It can help lower the cholesterol level in the body.

9. Apple – “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”

10. Water – It is best to drink eight (8) to twelve (12) glasses of water daily as it helps fight infection, clean the body, reduce acid in the stomach, and beautify our skin.

11. Bitter gourd – This is good for people with diabetes.

13. Ginger – It is best for the voice and for nausea.
