Getting and staying healthy remains a considerable challenge for most of us, especially with all these temptations around us – fast foods, fried foods, ice-cold sweets, fries, gadgets to make you slouch and lie all day, and many more. But really, it doesn’t have to be.
It’s not an instant thing as much as many are aware. You can’t have a healthy life overnight because the key is consistency, which starts with small and positive steps. A single step is a start with a change in your mindset – a chance to do better and live healthier.
Translating your goals such as “lose weight,” “get fit” or “eat better” into habits is a bit hard. And oftentimes, it fails quickly.
