STRESS EATING – Too much eating when you are stressed tend to make you gain weight, thus, here are the right foods to eat when you’re stressed.
Weight gain and stress are somehow connected and associated to each other. Stress is a tension that causes us to feel pressured and having anxiety and as much as harmless as it may seem in the first place, but the results can lead to bothersome to serious conditions.
