HEALTH TIPS – Doc Willie Ong discusses important details regarding extreme fatigue and exhaustion what you should do about it.
There are a lot of factors that make us tired and exhausted may it be physically, mentally, or emotionally. Poor sleep and stress greatly contributes to this. Poor sleep is even associated to several medical problems and health conditions.
Now, here are some tips from Doc Willie Ong if your feeling like extremely exhausted:
- Relax your mind. If you are tasked and instructed to a lot of things, say no to some to avoid stress.
- Take it easy especially if you haven’t got enough sleep.
- Listen to your body and observe what it was trying to tell you. If it tells you that it needs rest, then do have some rest.
- Enough sleep. Sleep at night is best form of rest that you can have for it is when your body gets its total rest to restore energy for another day.
- Eat right. Have a right and proper diet and you must include protein in your body for energy. Don’t stick with eating all carbs.
- Don’t skip meals. If you hear your stomach rumbling, you must eat and banana is the most beneficial to give you enough energy.
- Move around if you feel like you are lacking energy.
- Drink a lot of water because dehydration causes weakness.
- Appreciate your surroundings coming from the environment or the positive people around you to give you the positive energy you might need.
- Avoid drinking or consuming tablets with strong chemicals such as energy tablets, energy drinks, tablets for slimming, and among others. Sports drink is advisable but still, sleep is the most effective to restore your energy.
