What are the possible headache causes that you probably don’t know yet?
HEADACHE CAUSES – There are common types of headaches out there but then, it can get more complicated that you ever though it would be.
There are several types of headaches out there – the tension, migraine, chronic daily, sinus, and among others which has respective causes. Meanwhile, most headaches will just go away and not a sign of any serious health conditions.
Check out the possible and common causes of your headache below:
- Stress, depression, nervousness, tension, sadness, and among other negative emotion can cause the aching.
- Poor posture can also lead to this because the spine is not aligned.
- Eating cocoa, chocolate, cheese, soy products, soy sauce, alcoholic drinks, caffeine, and some processed foods can worsen the headache.
- Low blood sugar, dieting, not having enough sleep, over working, and over exercising can lead to this.
- Change in weather such too much heat or too much cold.
- Some medicines have corresponding effects to which one of it is headache.
- Before or during period and being menopause also cause headache.
- Fever and when head was smashed on something hard.
- Substances that irritate the sense of smell such as perfume, thinner, paint, and rugby
To ease your headache, there are several ways to do so such as drinking plenty if water, rest if you have flu or cold, relax as stress can worsen it, exercise when you can, or take paracetamol or ibuprofen.
