Doc Willie Ong Cites Common Causes of Chest Pain & How To Spot Possible Heart Disease
CHEST PAIN – Doctor Willie Ong pointed out its causes and how to spot the possibility of the existence of a heart disease in a person.
One of the common health conditions experienced by a lot of people at least once a week is chest pain. This is common most especially among obese individuals, those who are overworked, and those have heart diseases.
Are you also experiencing it once in a while or frequently? There are actually common causes of chest pain and it may not always be because of a heart disease. According to Doc Willie Ong, here is a list of the common reasons why we suffer from such pain:
- Stress – If a person is overthinking or scared.
- Lung Problem – This is the cause if the pain occurs everytime you inhale or exhale deeply.
- Stomach Problem – It may be due to heartburn, ulcer, or gallbladder problem.
- Bone and Muscles – This can be observed if the pain happens everytime you move.
According to Doc Willie, a person will know if the chest pain is due to a heart diseases based on other symptoms. Here are the indications:
- Levine Sign which includes crinkled face
- If the pain persists between five(5) to half an hour only
- If the pain occurs after walking for a long period of time
