  • one (1) tomato
  • garlic
  • onion
  • onion leaves
  • chicken (thigh part)
  • tokwa or tofu
  • oil
  • salt
  • laurel leaves
  • oyster sauce

Step 1 – Wash the tomato and the garlic before slicing them. Slice the onion and as well as the onion leaves.

Step 2 – Wash the chicken and slice it into small chunks. Also, slice the tokwa.

Step 3 – Add a little oil on the pan and fry the tokwa until it turns brownish in color.

Step 4 – Based on the video, saute the onion, garlic, and tomato in a part of the pan first and then add the chicken another part. Add the laurel leaves, the oyster sauce, and some salt.

Step 5 – Add water and then add the tokwa and onion leaves. Cook for a few minutes.
