BANGUS OR MILKFISH BENEFITS – Doctor Willie Ong cited the different health benefits we can get from eating milkfish.
When we were kids, we love to eat canned goods and frozen food like hotdogs, spams, sausages, and meatballs. Most children do not like eating fish. Chicken meat, pork, and beef would be preferred before fish – this is true not only to kids but even to adults.

In the video, Dr. Willie Ong suggested cooking sinigang, grilled, and paksiw to obtain the bangus or milkfish benefits well instead of frying it. You may eat twice or thrice a week. It is best for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, and arthritis.
