However, unknowingly, there are definitely things and activities we do at night time that can actually help us our goal.

Here are some you must know:

  • Keep yourself busy by doing worthwhile activities like walking, journaling, chatting with a friend, or reading a book to prevent overeating when bored.
  • Sleep well and have a quality rest. This helps a lot. Turn off the lights for better sleep.
  • You can still do your workout routine but make sure not to do it at a late hour.
  • Don’t eat snacks after eating your dinner meal. Stay away from the kitchen before going to bed.
  • Distract yourself at night by making yourself a healthy lunch for the next day. Not only you can save money for this but you can also have control of the food you eat. Choose proteins like almonds or turkey slices, whole grains, low-fat dairy, and plenty of fruits and vegetables.

  • Brush your teeth right after dinner. This will encourage you not to eat before bedtime.
