To lose weight is undeniably much easier than gaining. A lot of ways out there have been introduced such intermittent fasting and many more but Doc Willie Ong suggested one old way that is safe and effective for everyone. It is call the “Japanese Morning Banana Diet”.
Here’s how they do it to lose weight using this approach:
- Eat from 1 to 4 bananas in the morning and drink water, best if it is warm. This fruit can easily make you full for longer time and contains a lot of nutrients that the body needs.
- You can eat normally for lunch and dinner.
- In this diet plan, you can only drink water or tea.
- Chew more and slowly and eat your food mindfully.
- Once you feel full already, you must stop eating.
- You can still eat your afternoon snack.
- Early rest and your last meal of the day should be before 8 P.M.
- Do exercise without stressing yourself.
According to Doc Willie, anyone can try this diet as many people have already proven how effective this method is for weight loss. It can help improve your health if you have diabetes, high blood, high cholesterol, heart disease, and many other conditions.
You can also mix and match some fruits with your banana such as papaya or watermelon and a variety of vegetables. You can also keep a journal for the foods you eat so as to monitor your eating habit.
Along with this, Doc Willie also prefer that you can do this along with “Japanese Water Therapy” where you would just need to drink 2 glasses of warm water in the morning. As much as we are all aware of, water is a top source to detoxify and cleanse the body. An average person can drink as much as 32 to 3 liters of water everyday.
