Shower tips that you must know.
SHOWER TIPS – Doc Willie Ong discusses the appropriate time and circumstances as to when to use a hot or cold shower that will be beneficial to you.
One of the best things you can do for your body is showering, not it only cleanses but it also relaxes you and gives you a great feeling. Above all, showering promotes good hygiene. Those who go to gym and sweat a lot and uses the public transportation ride must shower everyday due to regular contact they make with strangers. Also, it is your only time to take a break out of your day for a little. But, what is best for you? Is it a cold shower or hot shower?
COLD SHOWER BENEFITS:
