- Drink eight(8) to ten(10) glasses of water daily
- Consume food that are high in calcium, potassium, and magnesium like banana, nuts, milk, and potato
- Stretch the muscle and straighten the feet
- Massage the feet to ease the cramps

- Drink sports drinks that contains electrolytes
- Do some stretching before exercising
- Take some walk when you know that you are about to experience it
- Drink vitamins daily
- Do some stretching before sleeping
- Wear jogging pants and use blanket when sleeping during a cold weather
- Always drink water
