  • Smoking – This is bad for the overall health which is also just the same with the second hand smoking. If you love yourself and the people around you, quit smoking.
  • Overweight – Being overweight is caused by excessive eating of unhealthy and junk foods. Always opt to eat healthier meals and snacks.
  • Over eating – As mentioned above, over eating can cause overweight which is why you must eat just the right amount. Too much of everything is bad for yourself.
  • Lacking physical movement – Do some physical exercises daily so as to maintain your weight and keep yourself active. Do this most especially if you have been sitting all day from work. Avoid being too sedentary.
  • Lack of sleep – Always have the right hours of sleep in order to give your body the enough rest and energy it needs for the following day.
  • Alcohol abuse – The same with smoking, this is bad for your general health especially on your liver.
  • Drugs – Stop misusing and abusing illegal substances.
  • Ignoring signs – If you are feeling something with your body, have a check up with your doctor right away. These signs might be indications of certain diseases. Don’t let it get worse by ignoring these signs as per BBC.
