TAKING A BATH AT NIGHT – Doctor Willie Ong explained whether it is true or not that taking a bath at night is bad for the health.
Undeniably, there are beliefs about health that have continued to be passed on from generation to generation. Although they are yet to be proven to be true or false, many people stick to believing them.
One of these is the common belief that taking a bath at night is bad for the health. In a video, Doc Willie Ong clarified that it is not really bad for the health. According to him, it is just that taking a bath using cold water in the evening can result to arthritis.
Also, the doctor put down the belief that taking a bath at night can lead to pneumonia. According to him, the said health condition can be taken from getting wet under the rain for a long period of time.
Doc Willie suggests using warm water in taking a bath to prevent muscle shock. Also, a cold water may be risky for those who are suffering from heart disease. The doctor also advised soaking in the water between five (5) to ten (10) minutes only and it is really important to gently dry the hair to prevent hair fall.
