KIDNEY PROBLEM – Here are some warning signs and indications according to health expert Doc Willie Ong which tells that you might have kidney problem.
The kidneys are located at your lower back on each side of the spine. Their main function is to filter and remove toxins from the body through the form of urination. However, these organs are not damage-proof. The food we eat contribute to damages along other activities.
With this, here are some signs and indications you must closely observe according to Doc Willie Ong which are related to kidney problem:
- Irregular urination. If there are changes in the frequency of your urination, something must be happening. This is most alarming if you started urinating a little amount of liquid.
- Pain when urinating. If you feel a ting of pain every time you urinate or there’s a pain on the left side of your lower back. These are indications of infection.
- Bubbles in urine. If you urinated and the bubble still remains in the urine, this means that there’s protein.
- Swelling. There is a swelling in your legs, ankles, and feet due to retention of liquids as the kidney fail to eliminate water waste.
- Exhaustion. You feel tired, weak, and anemic.
- Excessive drowsiness. This is caused anemia and other associated conditions to anemia related to kidney problem is pale and coldness.
- Rashes. This is itchy and due to the wastes that the kidney cannot eliminate.
- Increase of ammonia. The smell of ammonia, instead of going out with the urine, the foul smell comes out in the mouth. This is called Kidney Breath or Urea Breath.
- Vomiting and nausea. This happens when the toxins pile up inside the body.
- Shortness of breath. Quick breathing after a little work or walk is also a sign.
