This health conditions spares no one. It can happen to both men and women regardless of age. Aside from chest pain and the sour fluid, it may also be characterized by a burning sensation in the throat, difficulty in swallowing, burning feeling in the chest, and the feeling that a food is stuck in the middle of your throat and chest.

- calamansi
- spicy food

- Drink lukewarm water.
- Drink chamomile tea to relax the stomach.
- Eat banana while drinking the tea.
- Eat slowly.
- Cut the spices when eating noodles and add more water.
- If you are in a rush, eat only crackers or biscuits.
- Put a warm bag in your stomach to relax it.
