The heart also controls the rhythm and speed of your heart rate and maintains your blood pressure.

The main function of the heart is to pump blood to all parts of your body and this blood pumped by the heart provides oxygen and nutrients that is needed to function. One of the best ways to maintain the good health of your heart is through exercising and there are some specific exercises that you can do.

Some examples of moderate exercises you can do are:

You may also do some vigorous ones that is quite challenging but will surely make a significant increase in your heart rate and breathing. Some of these exercises are the following:
